Ramanika Nair

Consultant

Ramanika is a consultant and provisional psychologist who brings experience delivering leadership development and coaching across the higher education and healthcare sectors. She is passionate about creating workplaces where people feel valued, empowered and supported to grow.

Background

Ramanika is currently completing her Master of Psychology (Organisational) at Deakin University and holds a Bachelor of Global Studies and Bachelor of Science (Honours) at Monash University.

Known for her warmth, curiosity and thoughtful approach, Ramanika is motivated by work that fosters positive social value, psychological safety, inclusion and wellbeing. Her interdisciplinary background in global studies, science and organisational psychology enables her to approach workplace challenges systemically, balancing strategic insight with a grounded understanding of human behaviour.

Ramanika brings experience across higher education, in-house organisational development within a major Victorian hospital, and end-to-end psychosocial risk management services delivered through an Australian psychological consulting service.

She is particularly passionate about the future of inclusive leadership and is completing her Master’s thesis research on the experiences of managers supporting neurodivergent employees across Australian workplaces.

Inspired by

Outside of work, Ramanika has a passion for the arts, health and wellness. She is a trained Indian Classical Bharatanatyam dancer and is completing her Pilates Teaching Accreditation with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. She loves kicking off a weekend with a reformer class followed by an afternoon at the local spa with friends.
