Rachael holds Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations) degrees from Deakin University. Rachael is highly skilled at turning complex topics into clear and concise messages to build shared understanding and purpose. Her background in community engagement and business development and a passion for shared learning ensures she supports clients to build their internal skills and capabilities throughout the process.
Rachael has completed International Association for Public Participation certificates in design, facilitation, conflict in engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion. She is passionate about ensuring inclusive and strategic leadership is delivered to provide people from all backgrounds with supportive working environments to thrive.
