Consultant

Justine is a Consultant and registered psychologist, with a background in organisational psychology. Curious by nature, she is energised by work that explores how people and systems interact, and passionate about driving meaningful change across teams, leaders, organisations, and communities.

Background and experience:

Justine has worked across corporate, government, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors, supporting a range of initiatives in team and leadership development, organisational culture, employee experience, and change management. Her work has included designing and facilitating workshops for emerging leaders and high performing teams, supporting strategy development and implementation projects, and contributing to employee engagement evaluations and workplace wellbeing initiatives.

Justine brings a strong analytical mindset and human-centred approach to her work, with a particular interest in initiatives that create positive social and environmental impact. With a thoughtful, evidence-based style, she excels at translating complex ideas into practical strategies that foster long-term growth and change.

Justine holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Psychology (Organisational). Her master’s thesis explored how perceived psychological safety influenced the experiences of board members, with a focus on the role of diversity in shaping boardroom dynamics.

Inspired by:

Outside of work, Justine is always seeking adventure – whether it’s getting lost in a new country, snowboarding in fresh powder, or heading out for a hike. She also enjoys diving into a good book and is energised by conversations that challenge her to see the world differently.
