Irene brings in-house expertise having worked at several global organisations. She has worked with senior and executive leaders across public and private sectors, fostering a deep understanding of the diverse challenges that organisations face. Irene holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Psychology (Organisational). She is also trained in a range of well-known psychometric assessments.
Working across various industries has helped Irene shape her unique insights on the future of work. Having traversed between in-house and consulting, she combines her knowledge and skills in organisational psychology to design and deliver workplace programs with long lasting impact. Irene explores the big picture objective with a pragmatic approach that ensures attention to detail. Her project experience spans various organisational and people-related areas, including wellbeing, leadership development and culture transformation.
