Background and experience:
David is experienced working across large organisations in the healthcare, energy and education sectors. His previous roles as a podiatrist and LifeLine Crisis Supporter have instilled a client-centred perspective and an understanding of behaviour change. David has facilitated many workshops across hospital, banking and sporting environments, and has a deep interest in topics such as leadership development, adult learning and decision-making processes.
David’s master’s thesis explored the impacts of Upward Bullying and its relationship to abusive leadership and personality. The thesis spotlighted how small instances of disrespect can spiral into destructive relationships and bullying episodes, even for situations where a manager is being bullied by their team member. David is an excellent critical thinker and applies data analysis to identify practical solutions.
