Consulting Coordinator
Daniel is the Consulting Coordinator at Pinnacle Group. He brings a strong passion for positive and sustainable change and uses his coordination and management skills to support smooth project and resource alignment. He plays a key role in the development and maintenance of our internal systems and helps set the team up for success.
Background and experience:
Daniel has experience across the health and education sectors and has supported the implementation of leadership development programs and research within the healthcare space. He has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) majoring in Organisational Psychology which instilled a deep curiosity for people-oriented methods of improvement. Daniel applies an analytical and evidence informed approach to organisational improvement and understands the role individual, team and system factors play in shaping culture. Daniel works to create outcomes that are practical, sustainable and importantly find efficiencies for our people to focus on your people.

When he is not working, you’ll likely find Daniel out on the golf course working on his game. Additionally, he finds joy through being out in nature in all forms – often going for a run, camping or heading out for a fish. Daniel loves to immerse himself in new cultures through travel and finds any excuse to try new cuisines across Melbourne.
