The Pinnacle team engaged our staff, senior leaders, stakeholders and board members, making us all feel comfortable and engaged in every session. They embraced the shift to online facilitation with ease, adapting and delivering their processes, strategic thinking frameworks and methodologies flexibly. Together we were able to achieve a vision and plan for the future of the Centre that excites and motivates us, and affirms the role Melbourne Recital Centre plays in the Victorian and Australian arts and music landscape.
