We at CANIE were fortunate recently to work with the team at Pinnacle on our strategic planning. It was a pivotal time in our organisation’s development – as a young non-profit, we had raced out of the starting blocks but had begun to lose our way a little as we struggled to work out how to scale and where we could make the greatest impact. The team quickly grasped who we were and what we were trying to achieve. They listened, they encouraged and they gave our energy and good intentions a renewed focus. Thanks to those strategic planning sessions, we are now back on track and powering along. We simply cannot recommend Pinnacle highly enough.
