Background and experience:
Since joining PGA, Will has researched, designed, and delivered several leadership development, organisational design and mental health programs. Will also has a range of experience conducting academic research in the fields of youth mental health, psychometric testing, and deception detection in recruitment and selection processes and has experience in educating professionals and students on topics including personality, addiction, and forensic psychology. Will approaches his work with passion and determination, and strives to have a positive impact on all internal and external stakeholders.
Will is passionate about developing relationships and connecting others to support individual health, wellbeing, and growth. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and is passionate about discussing and integrating ideas across multiple schools of thought, including psychology, business, biology, history, philosophy, and sociology.
