Lauren is a Consultant who has recently completed a Masters degree, specialising in organisational psychology. Lauren is passionate about developing people to reach their full potential in organisations. With a background in psychological science she applies evidence-based approaches to optimise individual, team and organisational performance.
Lauren possesses strong abilities to analyse, interpret, and communicate best practice research and translates latest evidence based approaches into practical advice and strategies for clients. Lauren approaches her work with precision, passion and pride which drives her to search for continual improvement in organisations.
Lauren has experience in the design, delivery and outcome evaluation of a range of programs spanning from mental health support to graduate work-readiness and senior leadership development programs. Lauren’s Master’s thesis explored the role of organisational identity in workplace performance and how to enhance organisational selection and development practices. As such Lauren has a range of experience evaluating performance in assessment centres and using psychometric tools for selection purposes.
Lauren is passionate about family, friends and food. She enjoys catching up for brunch or dinner to try new foods and have fun with friends. Lauren loves getting outside to walk her dog, ride her bike or play sports. During summer Lauren enjoys stand-up paddle boarding and in winter you will often find her in the Victorian mountains pursuing her love for snowboarding and the great outdoors. Previously competing on the professional international circuit as a Snowboard Athlete she loves the adrenaline rush of exploring the slopes and hitting the terrain park. By focusing on health, the great outdoors and pursuing her passions, Lauren is able to bring her best self to her practice of Psychology. She derives a strong sense of purpose from the work she does assisting individuals, teams and organisations.
