Andrew is a Consultant at Pinnacle Group Australia with deep expertise in organisational strategy, change, performance and culture. Andrew has a proven track record collaborating with leaders and utilising a cross-functional toolkit to create lasting value at an individual, team and organisational level. He draws from his background in business and psychology to ensure that problems and opportunities are assessed both above and below the ‘line of visibility’. Prior to joining Pinnacle Group Australia, Andrew has experience working in strategy consulting, financial analysis, human resources and community engagement.
Andrew works with clients across a range of sectors – including Federal and State government, financial services, not-for-profit organisations and health and human services. In addition to human-centred strategy and transformation, Andrew brings extensive experience in performance improvement, project and change management, workforce optimisation, capability development and agile delivery.
