Yasmin is an experienced consultant with in-depth knowledge and experience in both clinical and organisational psychology. Her passion lies within the people development space and she enjoys building strong relationships and partnering with our clients to drive sustainable organisational change and strengthen performance.
Background and experience:
Yasmin began her career in the mental health sector and has extensive experience working in both public and private enterprise. She was previously a Consultant at Sentis where she was instrumental in the design, management and implementation of various large-scale projects, applying the principles of psychology and neuroscience to safety, operational excellence and wellbeing. Working with global clients from a variety of industries including Suncorp Group, GrainCorp, BHP Billiton, BAE Systems Australia, Sydney Trains, Bechtel and Genesis Energy, she worked with leaders and teams to identify strategies for improving organisational performance, engagement and organisational culture. Due to her strong clinical background Yasmin is proficient in psychological assessment, diagnostics, behavioural interviewing and cognitive testing. She has completed her Masters of Human Resource Management at Griffith University after obtaining her bachelor in psychology from the University of Queensland. She is a registered psychologist and also an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Yasmin believes in being present in the moment and making the most out of every day. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as travelling and exploring new places. She is passionate about food and tends to spend her free time creating beautiful meals to share with loved ones. She is also a nature lover and aims to spend as much time as possible in the great outdoors.
