Talitha is experienced in designing and delivering multi-level and multi-faceted programs and solutions for leadership development (individual, team, and organisation wide programs and strategy), team development, strategy design, organisational design, capability framework design and implementation, culture improvement, employee engagement, change management, wellness initiatives, psychometric assessment, talent management strategy, changes to work practices and rosters, and other customised organisational development interventions. Talitha has worked with a variety of clients in corporate and non-for-profit organisations, and has spent a significant amount of time imbedded in a large rail organisation working with both blue collar and white collar employees who are customer facing and Executive level, and been responsible for government and private stakeholder management.
