Rosie McMahon is a Principal Consultant with Pinnacle Group Australia. She is a seasoned executive leader and registered Organisational Psychologist experienced in all elements of Board and organisational reviews and restructures (including mergers and acquisitions), change management, business process improvement and strategic alignment and executive cohesion. Her collaborative approach coupled with an intense keenness to share her knowledge provides her clients with an intelligent, capable pair of hands. Rosie’s diverse range of clients have included the RMIT, Mallee Track Health and Community Service, City of Melbourne, City of Port Phillip, Airbus Group Australia, Unitywater, Transport Accident Corporation, Cystic Fibrosis Community Care, Toll, John Holland, and the Department of Justice to name a few.
Background and experience:
Rosie has international consulting experience in both Europe and North America, and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Organisational Psychologists. Within the College, she has held the position of Chair for the Victoria Branch and participated as a member of the National Committee. Rosie was a member of the Deakin University Master of Psychology (Organisational) Advisory Board from 2014 – 2017. She is a registered supervisor with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) and a placement supervisor for Deakin University students completing their Master of Organisational Psychology curriculum. Before her current role, Rosie gained her line management experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Management Consulting and Human Services operational roles. She holds a Master of Applied Psychology Degree (Organisational), a Graduate Diploma of Adolescent and Child Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Behaviour from Swinburne University.
Rosie is also a volunteer member of the State Emergency Service
