Khoder is extremely passionate about optimising the development of people in organisations through the application of evidence based psychological practices. Khoder is committed to collaboratively working with organisations to maximise their performance and help develop strong working teams and leaders. Khoder works heavily in people development and on various team optimisation projects. Khoder’s well-developed analytical/problem solving skills combined with a focus on collaboration, strong relationship building, innovation and authenticity; distinguishes him from others in developing and delivering quality solutions for clients. Khoder has a strong focus of translating complex data and research into business practical solutions that are clear, concise and simplistic.

Khoder has a wide variety of experience in neuro-leadership, mental health and well-being, team optimisation, strategy development, capability development framework design and implementation, change management, employee experience and psychometric assessments. Khoder has worked with a variety of clients across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland ranging from Government departments, not-for-profit organisations, and private organisations (including manufacturing, superannuation, retail, mining, technology, recruitment and insurance).

Khoder is currently an organisational psychologist registrar completing his 2 year endorsement program.

Khoder spends a lot of his time with his family and friends. He really enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures. On the weekends, you will find Khoder hiking in a new location followed by a scrumptious brunch. Khoder also enjoys gardening and cooking.
