With a strong background in organisational psychology, Khoder has an analytical and problem solving mindset, builds strong relationships, and takes an innovative and collaborative approach when developing quality solutions for clients.
Background and experience
Khoder previously worked at Pockets of Brilliance with the direction of two thought leaders in the areas of design thinking and safety. He has experience in the areas of leadership development, workplace pro-environmental behaviours, design thinking, change management, employee engagement, psychometric assessments, team development, workshop design and facilitation, HR and recruitment. He has worked with a variety of clients in the manufacturing, retail, mining, education, recruitment and insurance industries across the government, not for profit and private sectors.
Khoder is a registered Psychologist with AHPRA and has completed a Master in Organisational Psychology at the University of Queensland. He also has a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at Latrobe University. He is a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society and has completed voluntary work with the College of Organisational Psychologists (Brisbane).
Khoder enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going out for brunch and dinner, travelling and immersing himself in new cultural experiences, volunteering, and playing volleyball.
