Katie is an experienced consultant with in-depth knowledge and experience in organisational psychology. She brings an energetic approach to problem solving, has strong conceptual and critical thinking, rigorous project management skills, is an accomplished facilitator and builds exceptional and authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Background and experience:
Katie was previously a Senior Consultant at Evaluation Solutions, a boutique Melbourne-based consultancy that specialises in research and evaluation. She gained extensive experience in the design, management, implementation, analysis and reporting of various large-scale research and evaluation projects for both public and private organisations. She worked with clients from a variety of sectors including local councils, state departments, state agencies, not-for-profit organisations, financial services, legal services, retail services, and national and international universities. Many of these assignments have involved Katie working with leaders and teams to identify strategies for improving organisational/leadership performance, satisfaction and engagement. Katie has also worked in recruitment where she became proficient in psychological assessment, diagnostics, behavioural interviewing and cognitive testing.
Katie’s passion lies within the people development space and Katie has spent a lot of her time at Pinnacle in leadership development, team development and training. Katie enjoys working with individuals and teams at all levels in an organisation to develop awareness and support individuals and groups to move from acceptance to action, resulting in both short term and long term improvement and impact.
A registered psychologist, Katie has completed her Masters of Organisational Psychology at Monash University after graduating with first class honours from Victoria University. She is also a full member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Katie is very passionate about family, friends, food and footy. Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, learning from them, sharing with them and supporting them. Katie spends a lot of time on the weekend watching footy and trying new and interesting cuisines. Katie also enjoys and values self-reflection and personal improvement and invests time in growth and personal development.
