Jessica is the Executive & Project Coordinator at Pinnacle Group Australia and has completed a Bachelor Business (Human Resource Management) from La Trobe University. She is known as a natural organiser with a strong ability to take the administrative lead and accountability for project work.
Her role at PGA is to provide direct support to all the consultants in the firm around workshop preparation, output development, workshop evaluation data, research analysis and all project related administrative tasks. This directly correlates with her intent to further enable increased wellbeing to individuals and the team as a whole in order to achieve high-quality work. She strives to have a positive social impact on people not only at PGA but external stakeholders and organisations also. Jessica strives to bring fresh ideas to current systems in place to further enhance and create more efficient processes, which in turn allows the team to function more effectively.
Background and experience:
Prior to PGA she worked at Austin Health in a range of roles including HR Advisor, Organisational Development Coordinator where she found her passion for strategic HR and the development of people. She is a motivated and hardworking individual who has strong attention to detail and is proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Jessica enjoys dining out and socialising with friends and family. Her true passion is travelling which allows her to immerse herself in new cultures, make new friends and learn new languages. She enjoys reading any type of genre and loves to get lost in a book. She hopes in the future to study Psychology as she is deeply intrigued by the human mind.
